Rules to Floss By

Plan lasts for 1 year from enrollment date and needs to be renewed every 12 months. Unused benefits do not carry over.

Plan is only valid at Genuine Dentistry.
In-house plan is not insurance but a discount through Genuine Dentistry.
Plan discounts cannot be combined with any other special offers or discounts.
Annual fees are nonrefundable.
Annual fees and plan costs are subject to change without notice.
Plan discount does not cover cosmetic dental work, or any implant related dental work.
Member will be charged $50 for missed appointments or “no shows.”
Member will be dropped from their plan without a refund for frequent cancellations, reschedules, or “no shows.”
