Before Your First Dental Appointment

On the days leading up to your first dental appointment at Genuine Dentistry, we ask you to fill out patient paperwork, found on our website, and bring it to your first appointment.

This will reduce your wait time before your first appointment. Patients at Genuine Dentistry love the opportunity to fill out their new patient paperwork at their leisure before their appointment.
